NEW Best paper authors from the ITS 2013 conference will be asked to extend their papers for possible inclusion in a special issue of IJICT - International Journal of Information and Communication Technology, indexed by Scopus and Compendex, among other indexes.

NEW The authors of the best papers will be invited to provide revised and expanded versions in English to be considered for publication in the following journal:

- Journal of Applied Computing and Information Technology (JACIT) (http://www.citrenz.ac.nz/jacit/) ISSN 1174-0175.

The Journal of Applied Computing and Information Technology (JACIT) is an open-access online journal with a focus on new and emerging research related to applied computing and information technology.

The Journal is primarily designed as a vehicle to publish Applied Computing papers principally from New Zealand, but international papers are considered that would be of interest to our readers, particularly if they relate to education or cite New Zealand based research or researchers. The Journal contains a range of articles - double blind peer-reviewed papers, invited papers, views, opinions, reports, book reviews. It is published by the Computing and Information Technology Research and Education, New Zealand (CITRENZ); its target audience includes academics, students and industry practitioners - based primarily (but not exclusively) in New Zealand, and working in the areas of computing, information technology and information systems.

JACIT is an Open Access Journal, and individual authors retain their intellectual property rights. We welcome submissions from established authors but particularly encourage contributions from new researchers and students, especially from those in postgraduate study who are also employed in the field. The Journal is published in electronic format only. Refereed articles are subject to a double-blind review process, involving at least two anonymous reviewers. Reviewer names are published.

Conference Official Language: English.

This is a blind peer-reviewed conference.
